[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Triple Action worked amazing!! It not only kills weeds but also prevents fire ants! Our lawn has never looked better since i started using this ! So much cheaper than using a expensive lawn service

The turf builder does exactly that, build the turf and help the lawn to with stand the southern grass special needs. From withstanding the heat, along with water fortification for those long summer days.

What to use after Scott Triple Action

I have used Scott triple action in September 2022 and I have seen improvement in my lawn , like very less weed now and more grass, but now looking for a second solution to apply in the lawn. I have read that one should use ultrafeed 3X in conjunction with triple action within 8 weeks, but i have already passed 8 weeks, so my question is now what to use now. I live in Georgia. Quick reply will be be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

It isn’t killing the weeds. I applied & watered in per instructions the third week in March & I’m still seeing weeds.

Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action(I) will kill actively growing broadleaf weeds and prevent grassy weeds that are listed on the label. It will not prevent broadleaf weeds and it will not kill existing crabgrass or other grassy type weeds. For broadleaf weed control temperatures must be consistently (several days in a row) between 60 and 80°F. For listed grassy weeds to be prevented this has to be applied before the target grassy weeds germinate. The lawn must be wet for the product to stick to the broadleaf weed leaves. The product must remain on the weed leaves for 24 hours. After the first 24 hours the product must be watered in, this will help with the prevention of the weeds listed as being prevented such as crabgrass.

Reviews: Well, I see that I'm not the only one w 'healthy weeds'! St Aug & Centipede really pretty & dark green and after Mowing the weeds are not as noticeable, waitin to see if the weeds reappear!!
Hopefully, didn't just spread their seeds @ that price!

I applied as indicated and now have the worst looking yard I have ever had. Killed almost every thing in my yard. Only good thing I can say is I now have no ants.

Does not work and highly overpriced

I bought this exactly one month ago. Followed the instructions exactly. I bought it to help kill the weeds in my 6 month old sodded lawn. You can tell exactly where the fertilizer went as it did a great job on the grass. It also did a great job fertilizing the weeds. I seem to have a large amount of cudweed and it did absolutely nothing to control or kill that.

Can Scotts Turf builder southern triple action cause damage to cedar shrubs?
I applied it as instructed and it basically burned my entire lawn. I live on the MIchigan, Ontarion border.
