[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied the product to a small area in my yard that was damaged by too much rain. The damaged area of zoysia lawn was about 200 square feet. After several days of rain, the grass turned brown and appeared to have died. I didn’t know if the damage was due to fungus or ponding of water.
I applied the product at the recommended rate. Some green growth has occurred but the yard is entering winter dormancy. I’ll know more about the effectiveness of the fertilizer this coming spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product and immediately put it on my lawn. I watered it into the grass and then all I had to do was wait . Within about 3 days the grass had started turning a darker green and looked better everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to health reasons this year our yard was neglected. Weed of all varieties and pests took over. Bare spots were numerous. We bought Scott’s Turf Builder Triple Action as we k ow the quality of Scott’s products, and we were not disappointed. Within 3 weeks the weeds were all turning yellow and brown and my St Augustine grass had runners. Army worms, chinch bigs and fire ants were eradicated. It was easy to apply with our spreader and the directions were easy to follow. We are so happy to have our lawn back and are now not the shame of the neighborhood. Our lawn is growing thicker daily. Thanks Scott’s.

Ten days after applying I saw considerable greening and I have not noted any new weed growth so far. I often get dollar weed during the wetter time of year when the fall arrives and the ground stays moisture.

I have a very green lawn, no fire ants, much fewer weeds, of which some the tough ones will need a follow up treatment. This definitely will be the product I will be using on my lawn. I am very satisfied with the results.
