Green grass

We applied to our yard according to directions and the Scott's app. The grass is beautiful green and very healthy. Unfortunately, it did not work as well as expected on weeds, especially chickweed. It seems to have fed the chickweed instead of killing it.

The air temperature is critical and should be consistently between 60-90 degrees for optimal weed killing. Secondly, the product should be applied to a dry lawn and then gently watered in immediately afterwards. Lastly, overwatering or large rain events can be responsible for dissipating the product which leads to unsatisfactory results. This product does not work

I followed the bag instructions very carefully and applied exactly how stated in the instructions. The weather here in Texas was much cooler than normal for about a week with rain in the forecast so I decided to apply this product. This product did nothing to control weeds that were already growing. It also seems to have burned the tips on my Bermuda grass. The grass looks worse now than it ever did.

This is yard food!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of my grass since using this product. The grass is fuller, greener, and has less weeds overall. Walking in it is such a pleasure. My dog absolutely loves rolling around the densest parts. It’s so nice that I now need to buy a table and a few chairs so that my girlfriend and I can relax on it.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixture of weed and feed with insect killer is great. I get the same effectiveness as regular bonus s and bug-b-gone without having to walk my yard twice to spread the product. My yard stays a deep green a majority of the year and bugs are minimal, also reducing moles due to less food source for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this product for several years. It works well but you need to follow the Scott’s calendar for application. If it is too hot outside it could burn the grass. Weeds decline in a couple weeks a d the grass is green in a couple days.

Use twice a year for fire ants and weed control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In zone 10a fire ants are a regular problem. Using Southern Trip Action twice a year, keeps fire ants off the property, handles most southern weeds and begins to fertilize the lawn. I like to use it as first fertilizer after dormant period of our short winter and again in the late spring.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always a great product, I put it down right before we had a few days of rain and even though the grass is going dormant it looks so much greener. Therefore, making the roots stronger in the spring which will produce a healthier lawn.
