Dollarweed can be very difficult to completely eradicate, and it thrives in moist conditions. Reducing how often you water your lawn will help weaken it, making it more susceptible to weed controls. Works great on Florida lawns

Everything looks great and green

Applied in April still have weeds. Not killing weed types.

It can take up to 3 weeks for the weeds to begin to yellow. This product does not prevent new weed development, it only kills weeds that were actively growing at the time of application. Temperatures must be consistently (several days in a row) between 60 and 90 degrees for target weeds to be actively growing. Low or high temperatures will delay weed control. The product must be watered in to be effective. Excessive watering (rain) can drive the weed control into the soil and away from weed roots, however.

Don’t waste your time & money!

I am sorry I wasted my money! Instead of killing any weeds it fertilized them so there are more and bigger weeds!

Brand new lawn I applied this product to my new grass within a week I couldn't believe how fast my lawn greened up now the neighbors are asking what did I do !!!

Amazing Stuff, Really Impressed

So I have centipede grass and a rather unhealthy lawn. For the last few years I have subscribed to various lawn services including a well known mail order organic company, My grass continued to get worse year after year. This year my lawn hit rock bottom: Weeds had completely overtaken the lawn and the grass itself was brown, dead looking in areas and not thriving. Fire ant mounds started emerging all over (which I worry about having little kids). Anyways a month ago I decided to purchased the Triple Action Turf Builder with low expectations. In two weeks my lawn bounced back which completely took me by surprise: Weeds were gone, grass begin turning a deep green and thriving. Now almost a month in and my lawn is thick, lush and green and continues to grow faster than my neighbors lawns even in this heat wave with very little rainfall. No more fire ant mounds, not a single one has emerged. For this who have not had luck with this product, I highly recommend watering it in. I made sure to place it down a day before a storm came in. I have to say I am beyond impressed with this product and will continue to purchase Scotts going forward.
