I don't think someone that would use this wok is anyone in the design deartment.
you couldn't hide the control view if you tried. terrible

I love it once. But that was short lived. I guess it will last if you don't use it. But I cook often and I use to love my Oster wok until the coding started chipping away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
