the Clearview is a horrible purchase it cracks

i’d give it a zero if I could I’ve been buying Intex pools for approximately 22 years. I’ve had one and this by far was my worst purchase and when I tried to redeem the warranty, they repetitively keep asking me the model number after I told them I don’t have access to that right this moment I gave them the number and you would think they would be able to pull up the bottle number it’s their product. It’s not even listed on this page.

Clearview prism pool

Used pool last summer and it was great. Packed it away for the winter, like you're supposed to. Just set it up and discovered the clearview window has hole in it the width of the of the clearview window. Window was cute but a total waste of money.

We bought this pool in the middle of the pandemic at a great price. It has been a great pool. This is the 3rd summer (with direct sunlight) and we have had multiple cracks in the “clear†part of the pool. I had figured if there was going to be issues, it would be in this area as this area is not “reinforcedâ€. We are looking into pools now without the clearview. Stay away from the clearview pool and go with something more reinforced all the way up. Intex should re-evaluate if they want to keep making these.

Cool pool and all but…..

Bought this pool during the pandemic, While the clear view is cool and all, mutiple cracks in the clear view part that had to be fixed with water weld. Also the pool was unboxed with a tiny hole in it, water welded that and it held up for 3 years. AND my 4 year old put her knee through the plastic by hanging on the ledge and her knee was on the clear view part, super big hole, poured water all over my backyard. Wouldn’t buy the clear view again, looking for one that has all vinyl. I do not recommended this product. Only thing I liked about it was when I vacuumed the pool I could really see all what was on the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Above ground pool

My pool was much easier to set up than anticipated! My 11 yr old daughter and I were able to put it up in about an hour. The directions were easy to follow and we have been enjoying it ever since. Thank you Intex for making such a high quality product.
