Keeps water crystal clear!

I love this pump! We bought the 16' Intex Ultra XTR pool and this pump came with it. I am so happy we made this purchase. It keeps our pool crystal clear and the automatic timer is great! I do recommend watching YouTube videos on how to work it though because the instructions it comes with are not clear. They don't tell you to backwash the pool every 7-10 days, nor does it tell you the optimal pressure. YouTube fixed that for me.

Great filter - User friendly and powerful.

Really great product. My wife and I used this on our 8 foot stock tank/cowboy pool. This pump is very easy to set up and operate. I used “LubeTube” on all of the gaskets and Teflon tape on all of the threads. Zero leaks! The kit only comes with one jet, so I ordered a second jet along with two plunger valves. Other than those pieces, a hole saw and a stock tank I was ready to go. The pump moves a serious amount of water and is virtually silent. I used filter balls instead of sand. The timer is a nice touch as well. Really happy with my purchase! Also, power usage is surprisingly low (monitored via a smart plug).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great filter, easy to use

I bought this filter for my stock tank pool. It has been flawless. Easy to use, set up, maintain (flush and rinse weekly). Could not be happier with the choice of getting slightly more filter than needed.

Game Changer

I bought this a year ago to replace the cartridge filter that came with the pool. I have a 14'x48" pool. This filter has been a game changer. I have not had a green up once since installing the filter and it is low maintenance. Backwash and rinse once a week. If you are tired of replacing and cleaning those cartridges, by this filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Insufficient for 18'x9'x52"

This filter comes with the 18'x9'x52" pool but is insufficient for keeping this pool clean. I have it running for 5 hours each days as is recommended but even when the pool was just filled with fresh water with a salt water system attached, it could not keep the pool clean. The pool is placed in an open area (no trees or bushes anywhere near the pool) yet I have to backwash the filter every day to get it to run at full strength. I strongly recommend upgrading the filter to one that can process more water per hour.

Purchased two years ago and used for two seasons. At the start of this season the pump stopped working. So I purchased a new one. When the pump runs it works well. The new pump set arrived but the tank is misshapen so does not make a tight seal. Needed to use the old tank to get the system working. Attempted to send a comment to the company but the online form kept crashing so I am now just posting a slightly negative review.
I would recommend this to a friend!
