Rugged and fast

I have used my 2TB G-Drive Armor for over a year now. It has seen duty in construction zones on barrier islands and it has yet to fail. I use it to store drone imagery tiles and massive amounts of GIS data. VERY RELIABLE!!!

Portable and sleek external HDD on the go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a professional 1TB G-Drive which is rugged nd durable and can be carried on the go. The external hard disk drive has USB-C which copies files at 5Gbps for quick file transfer and storage requirements. It is USB 3.1 Gen 1 and Thunderbolt 3 compatible and the anodized aluminum enclosure provides strength and resilience to the HDD within. It is rain and dust resistance and has a crush resistance for 1000lb weight. It is ready to be used with Mac HFS+ and works well with Windows via reformat capability. A great handy ready to use HDD for every day use.

It is also rugged, so I can take it with me wherever I go! More than enough speed for me! And I'm not warried that it's going to break as it's so well protected.

It is lightweight, and the transfer speed is quick! With 1 TB of storage, it should take me a while to fill up this storage device! The rubber bumper means I can throw it in my bag and not worry about it breaking or getting damaged.

Sturdy Drive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Portable hard drive is a good size to carry. Case is made from sturdy aluminum with thick rubber on edges. This is great for keeping ports clean and gives the drive extra protection during accidental drops and rough handling. Drive did not show up on Windows PC, but worked immediately on Macbook. Transfer speed was good and having drive to backup files will be convenient. Having documentation with drive would be good to reformat for Windows.
