i am unable to read what I write in this box and the guidelines cover it. Two concerns - the freshener portion is not available and has to be ordered with date unknown and is expensive. The fridge and freezer runs a bit too cold or too warm and needs adjustment frequently. Otherwise fine/.

Works great but…

Working great, not many issues. Just a few vanity and usability issues.
The stainless steel meet the plastic handle there is a huge gap. The glue/tape is visible when it’s not suppose to be.
When closing the vegetable or fruit crisper often times it bounces back leaving a gap of the drawer. Which makes the crisper not as effective if it doesn’t close in place. Once closed it should stay in place.
When closing the fridge or freezer door, swinging it shut isn’t sufficient as it swings back out. I have to follow through fully to shut the door. Not a typical experience, I’ve swung many freezer or fridge doors shut that doesn’t bounce back/swing back out.
