broken deli shelf assembly

I've had this fridge/freezer for just under 6 months.
2 main pet-peeves:
firstly, every time I close the fridge - if I don't apply enough force, the fridge door does not close fully. If I apply some force, the freezer door opens when I close fridge door. I had to install "child-proof" locks on both fridge and freezerdoor to prevent unneccessary opening.
Secondly, the shelf with deli basket assembly broke after owning this fridge for 4 months. It was just before Christmas and I was busy so I didn't get to chat with an agent until after Christmas. I was informed that there is a 30 day window for defective shelves, and shelves are not part of 1-year warranty. I had not abused this deli shelf. I had placed cheese in it, as I always do. And yet, the back plastic frame of the glass shelf broke in the back and dropped the deli basket which also cracked. so I have a basket I can't use and a shelf that does not hold things because the plastic casing is broken. If I want to have this replaced, it is out of pocket.
I would say these 2 issues are major enough that I will not recomment this fridge. In my mind, the plastic casing is defective and that's why it broke. I have owned various fridges over the years (25 years) and I've never had this issue with other manufacturers. Clearly to me, this is a faulty manufaturing.
2 stars only, because it does keep my food cold. Except I have 1 broken shelf and basket

Overall very good fridge.

Very clean lines, as it does not have a regular door handle. Shelving is clear and the height can be easily changed. The fruit and vegetable drawers are adjustable for different moisture levels needed. Is very bright inside. I like the fact that it is white, looks very attractive in kitchen,

Very spacious and well thought out placement for products

I’m very happy with size, no protruding handles on the doors. Nice gloss finish on the outside. Love the cheese tray in the middle of the shelf. So happy with my new fridge.
