Freezes food on lowest setting and ice buildup in freezer every 2 days

This fridge has been pretty bad to be honest. Even at lowest setting food freezes in the back. Recently water pools and freezes in the upper freezer. Not sure what to do
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago I am very pleased just the freeze door keeps staying open. I try to level it but I can’t find the level legs.

Clean look, lots of room

Our new fridge fits in perfectly. Clean lines and we like not having a handle sticking out to get caught on. Bright and spacious inside. Keeping food at perfect temperature. The sliding bin is handy. Everything we need in a fridge.
