[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice coffee machine. There are several things that I do not like. The control panel should be on the very top, or the very bottom, of the coffee unit so that the coffee pot is easily accessible from the left and right. The water container should be able to fill more to actually get 12 full cups of coffee. The hole in the water container, which I believe is to keep you from over filling the container is not high enough. Other than these problems, I like the coffee maker. It makes coffee really quick. During the summer months I use my coffee maker for making tea. I like it very much.

It has a warming feature and tells you how long ago it was brewed, for freshness! Auto shut off is great and it is programmable so you can wake up to hot coffee! Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely pleased with this coffee maker. It was so easy to set up and program and I love the design. I think my favorite thing is the design of the coffee pot itself, it has an additional guard on the pour spout so that if you accidentally tip the pot too much you don't wind up with coffee all over your counter. It was very easy to program and I love having my coffee ready when I wake up. This style works very well for me, I don't have a lot of space between my counter and cabinets and its always been difficult pouring water from the coffee pot into the maker to fill it up. The Easy Access Ultra Coffee Maker has a removable water reservoir that is easy to lift out and replace without having to pull the whole coffee maker out from under my cabinets. Oh, and did I mention that it sure makes a great cup of coffee.

Set it and forget it!

I love the fact that it tells you what time the coffee was brewed...I hate the taste of old coffee! I can set it and forget it, then wake up with fresh brewed coffee! I would definitely recommended it!

So Easy and Convenient, and the Coffee is PERFECT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just made my fifth pot of coffee with this coffee maker and I am very happy with the performance.
All of the set up to make a pot of coffee is so much easier than any coffee maker I've owned. The swing out basket for the coffee and filter is great. The removable water tank is great. I don't have to move the coffee maker at all to make a pot of coffee.
The programmable settings make it easy to create the perfect pot of coffee at the time I want it ready. I set it up before going to bed and it's ready when I get up in the morning. The perfect brew strength and maintaining the perfect drinking temperature.
The design of the pouring spout has eliminated any dripping when I pour my coffee. The flip up and removable lid on the coffee pot makes cleaning very easy.
Overall design and function, I would give five stars.
If I have any complaint at all, it has to do with the water tank. The markings for the water level are on the side up against the maker instead of to the outside where it can be read more easily.

Convenient, Versatile and Easy Use Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this coffee maker because it was so well designed with features that make coffee brewing and maintenance so easy. First off, making the perfect cup of coffee is a breeze-the brew basket slides out so you have full access and there is a water reservoir that you simply fill at the sink without having to remove the carafe or spill on your counter. The brewer's ease of access saves space as well. You've got plenty of options that you can select such as regular or strong/bold coffee or just brewing a smaller 1-4 cup batch as I do. You can adjust the heat on the warming plate, and it will shut off automatically so there is no burning of the pot. I have enjoyed using the timer to automatically select and set the brewer to make coffee ahead of time or I can just brew on demand and even pour using the pause and brew feature. The display is awesome-with a large clock and indicators that even tell me how long it's been since the coffee was brewed, and will indicate when it's time to clean and use the cleaning cycle. Lots of features, easy to use, space saving and so easy to maintain-I am totally enjoying this coffee maker in my kitchen as it's really takes brewing coffee to the appliance level.
