Great Coffee Maker

I am greatly satisfied as you see from the picture it fits perfect in my old house with low cabinets. Access to the water container in my limited space is great much easier than the flip top models that I had before. Easy access to coffee filter is great. Love the feature of clock on all the time and the Bold Brew is great for me, I like strong coffee. Only suggestion would be a beeper that tells you when the coffee is done. Love the clean process makes it very easy in case I forget it remind you I drink a lot of coffee. I'm so proud to be part of the team I hope this helps.

Unique Idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this to review, overall this product works really well, makes great coffee. I like the idea of a separate water well to fill and put on. I do feel that it takes more space than the old one, I think it would have been better if it set on the counter the long way and had the controls and brew basket on the same side as the water reservoir.

High Quality Unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new coffee maker. The removable water reservoir is a very nice feature. You can take it to the sink and fill it up and place it back in the unit. The brew basket swings out in the front of the machine and is a lot easier to work with. The self-cleaning cycle reminder is another great feature. You can adjust the strength of your coffee with 3 brewing options. It also has a keep warm feature that is a big help. I really like the programmable clock feature. I can set it to start brewing whatever time I wish. There is nothing like waking up to the smell of fresh brewing coffee in the morning. I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

Easy to use

We originally got it because of the "Bold" brew setting, hoping that would allow us to use less coffee. However, we really didn't notice a difference between the regular & bold settings. The water tank is easy to fill, but the lid for the water tank is ill-fitting & a little flimsy. Overall though, the unit is easy to clean, very easy to use & program & makes good coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heating plate was cracked and the plastic ring around the plate was also broken and pushed down into the bottom. The cafe would NOT sit properly on the heating plate. After 3 pots of coffee. The water leaked onto the counter instead of being sent through the heating unit to make coffee. Need better package.
