Just got the laptop. Seems ok for the price but registration link took me to click bait. We will see how it does long term.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop so far. Like that it has the number pad. Mouse has the perfect sensitivity for quick movement. Very good value compared to other laptops with same specifications. For doing this review I am receiving an additional warranty.

I bought this laptop 5 weeks ago, looking for a laptop for media and web use at an affordable price. Early on, I occasionally experienced issues with the mousepad lacking any corresponding cursor on the screen, which I was easily able to get around with an external mouse that I already owned, and which has seemingly resolved itself. I haven't experienced any trouble with the mousepad/screen cursor or needed the external mouse for the last two weeks. I would have given the laptop 5 stars without this issue. Ultimately, my feelings on this device will come down to how it is performing in 3 years. So far, so good. Again, with that one exception it operates exactly as expected and I feel I'm getting a good value for the performance and price that I paid. I am receiving a warranty extension from Asus for my feedback.

Awesome Laptop

My MacBook finally died on me, so I needed a replacement. My husband found me this neat computer and so far I really like it. The screen is a great size. There are so many apps available. This laptop is so fast and sleek. I'm glad I got this one instead of a pricier computer, like another Mac. It's more affordable and gets the job done.
