This laptop is really cool. It has a very powerful processor, which is the second most powerful processor in laptops and video card with more performance than in other laptops. This laptop the best option if you want to buy the laptop with rtx 3060. Also if you want to buy something more powerful I advice you to buy laptop of g15 or g17 series like this because it has the best price for its specs.

This is my second ASUS. My first still runs just not fast enough for my MMO to run as fast as I would like it too. This ASUS is MMO GODLY. I'm loading so much faster and game play is smooth . The vid card is WOOT.

Great performance and build, light and powerful (130W TDP on RTX3060 with 5900HX)
However I have 2 issues with it so far:
1. I wish it had a webcam; especially during the pandemic its rather cumbersome to llok for an accessory when most laptops suppose to have one (even if it was a poor quality one; having one is better than none)

2. I'm not sure if its a driver issue or because of the new ram I placed in it but my computer sometimes freezes out of nowhere and I have to force shut down and restart. It happens randomly and from what I see online other users have also reported this issue with this model as well. Its rather irritating that it happens more so than I would like it (sometimes once a day or other day). Asus's included Diagnostics program also reports no issues in any checkup I ran; so not sure yet what the issue is.
Apart from those 2 issues Its still a great product.

Have use ASUS products for years now and have never had any serious issues with them . I bought a new laptop to get a better graphics card and took my old asus laptop, replaced the battery and gave it to my daughter. I have burned through HP, Sony, Toshiba and always had something break but ever since I got an ASUS never had an issue. Replacing the battery I noticed how current the hardware still was and the laptop was over 7 years old. Maybe I'll update this in another 7 or sooner if by some off chance something goes wrong.

Very good quality,, very nice screen,, very fast computer.. Only bad thing I have found is the power cord, from the "brick" to the laptop is too short.. I do not have any room on my table for the brick so it hangs down and across where I walk.. I always feel as though I will trip on it.. The TUF laptop that this Strix replaces had a much longer cord from brick to laptop,, I don't know why ASUS in their ultimate wisdom, made it so much shorter.. That is my only complaint as this thing runs great,, battery lasts for a long time,, speakers are louder,, starts quicker,, all in all, a beautiful machine..

Really enjoying this laptop and the easy setup. Was easy to put in my m.2 into and have had great gaming experience with it. Do wish these laptops came with a good software to update the drives on its own. Hate going through programs and guessing which one is the best one to get.
