I bought this product 3 weeks ago I paid 1700 and I honestly don't feel like that is whatthis product is worth.

Ryzen 7 very fast. Touch screen works just like a mouse on all the programs we use. Windows 11 fast start up and shut down. Light weight but sturdy chassis. Battery loses 1% every two days when laptop is totally shut down. We had not expected any battery drain in shut down mode. Battery drains quicker in hibernation, and even quicker in sleep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We certainly understand your concern regarding the short battery charge life.



Yes, it is normal for the laptop battery to drain slowly even when the laptop is off, as all batteries lose charge over time, a process called "self-discharge", although the rate of drain should be minimal. To improve or prolong the battery charge life, please try to do battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully charged, please use the laptop, without the AC adapter connected, and let the battery drain completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the laptop is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.
