Battery is terrible. From the start it just lasted an hour and now after just 3 years it's dead.

We certainly understand your concern regarding the short battery charge life. This laptop has a battery life of approximately 13 hours of light to medium workload. To improve or prolong the battery charge life, please try to do battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully charged, please use the laptop, without the AC adapter connected, and let the battery drain completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the laptop is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.

I'm really enjoying the Asus ZenBook Duo 14 (UX482), super-fast, amazing 2nd screen excellent for multi-tasking. I ordered my with 32 GB of ram and 1 TB 0f SSD and i7 processor so I want to have plenty of capacity and power for work and gaming.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not very satisfied with the product. While having an additional screen is helpful, there are still some software glitches that makes the overall experience cumbersome.
The finish is also not that great on my piece. The second screen is does not look properly pasted on the case and has an unclean finish to it.
