Fantastic hot tub!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wife and I have been wanting a hut tub, but the inground and permanent options are so inflated in today’s market. Ended up on this unit and it’s perfect! Easy to set up and take down, is substantial enough to hold a few adults, and easily heats up. It’s a perfect option that we set in our patio, but could also move it around if needed. Would highly recommend!

Great for anyone’s Backyard or Patio!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had this for about a week now and have used it almost everyday for the past week. This is perfect for anyone that is looking for that hot tub feel but not wanting to spend the hefty price for
one. This easily can hold 4 to 5 adults comfortably. The jets give ya off a nice relaxation feel to it. The water stays warm for a good amount of time. Might lose a degree an hour when it’s open. I will say if you are putting this down on concrete you might want to add extra cushioning on the concrete then set your tub up on it after. I used those gym floor cushion that snap into place for added softness. Legit everything you need to get yourself up and running is right there in the box. Can go to any pool store and get yourself some chlorine tabs to keep the spa clean. If you’re in the market for a soft tub definitely look at this one. Couldn’t be happier about it!

Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is like bringing your private spa to your house. It is very spacious, fits my family perfectly. Controlled digitally for everything you need. Made of a very sturdy material. Gets warm fast and maintain it’s temperature.

Nice, but could be better

The packing leaves a little to be desired. Our spa was folded up and the “wood” veneer around the rim peeling in a couple of spots. The rime was linked where folded as well, and only now after being set up for over six hours are the kinks starting t straighten out. Setup was a breeze, but the gauge on our pump wasn’t working so it was impossible to know if we were inflated to the tecommended psi. As far as using the spa it’s pretty straight forward and looks great on our patio; I just hope all the kinks in the rim straighten out over time and that the veneer does not continue to peel off any further. One technical issue, the Bestway website is mess . A search for Warranty information said “no results”, and when I finally did find out what the standard warranty was and tried to extend it, every time I clicked on my choice of years the page closed on me. I finally checked out and paid but never could find out if my 3-year extension applied to the entire spa, heater and liner.

Bought this a month ago and absolutely love this. Had to contact the warranty Department do to the pump shutting off after about 30 min. I have read other reviews of the same issue but I'm sure do to the awesome customer service they will replace it. Highly recommend. As with all things we buy this is why there's warranties. Thanks for looking and reading...
