3 Replacements and all have failed

I am on replacement number three and I am only just over my 2 weeks money back guarantee. this laptop is an absolute nightmare of driver issues, the worst of which being the battery stops charging after a few days of use, it comes back sometimes but on its own. nothing I do makes it come back, including reboots or reinstalling battery drivers. even pushing the battery button on the back won't fix. No I am not on AI charge either. When it does decide to charge again I cannot turn it off or it stops again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great value with unique offering

I've been looking for a laptop that is capable of handling intense graphics that also has a touchscreen feature. I was not able to find anything else other than the creator z16. It checks all the boxes.
The laptop itself has a beautiful 16 inch touchscreen, the colors pop, and its capacitive touchscreen makes using it in windows 10 tablet mode a breeze. It has an ultra thin bezel which made the screen stand out more. With such powerful hardware I was impressed the manufacturer was able to pack everything into a a slim chassis .
I would recommend this to a friend!
