Almost awesome

The controls are pretty simplistic. The wire rack has no silicon feet to avoid scratching the bottom of the drawer and the handle doesn't include the Cafe copper ring. THese seem like cheap items that should have been thought through for this kind of price. Installation was simple and the it seems to work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps food warm, we eat when we're ready

Our warming drawer is so amazing. It keeps our food warm or hot, depending on the heat setting, without drying it out. We are all so busy and sometimes we can't all eat at the same time so this was the perfect addition to our kitchen. It keeps the heat going without heating up our kitchen like an over would if left on.

We never had a warming drawer until we remodeled our kitchen and now it is one of my favorite appliances!

Works fine but temp knob comes off easily

I bought this to place under my wall oven where I used to have a microwave. Had to fill in gap. It works ok but the temp knob comes off easily.

Great choice in warming drawers

This warming drawer works well and preforms just as I expected it. It heats quickly and keeps food at the desired temp. The downside is GE puts a VERY STICKY California cancer warning sticker right smack in the middle of the outside of the drawer, so once you have it, getting the sticker off the stainless without messing up the drawer is a challenge. Not sure why that type sticker is used rather than one that you can easily peel off, but that's what you get. Other than the impossible to remove sticker, this is a great choice in warming drawers.

WARM IS GOOD

IT TAKES AWHILE TO ACTUALLY HEAT UP, DON'T EXPECT TO KEEP SOMETHING WARM UNLESS YOU TURN THE WARMER ON 5 OR SO MINUTES BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR ITEM IN. BUT IT WORKS WELL ONCE IT IS HEATED UP.

I love my new GE warming drawer. It alleviates the need for two ovens. It completes my new kitchen handsomely.

We have had both the Profile and the Cafe’ warming drawer. Once warm, the expanding metal pops so loud that it scares guests, pets and us!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
