Died after one season

bought it less then a year ago. He is now dead. He wont move. The main impellor gear wont turn. We always used the included screen so nothing should have damaged it.

I live in Minnesota, so our pool vacuum does not get used Very Much over a year since we closed it down for winter, and it has broke already. I contacted customer support, and they want me to buy a cleaner top. The Vacuum has a 1-year warranty. I missed it by 5 days when I contacted them. Do not buy Did Not Last 1 Yeah Of Light Use.

Decent for one season.

Bought this last season (2023) and other than constantly getting stuck because our pool floor isn't perfectly level it worked as it should but this year when I pulled it out it won't pick up anything other than very small debris like sand and just goes a litte and stops, it just acts confused. It will no longer climb the walls and is very very slow. On inspection it seems the water is leaking out of the side of the motor drive so it's not getting the water pressure it needs to function. Wished this thing had better tires for going over uneven ground and that it had lasted longer than one season.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this cleaner to replace my broken remote cleaner for my 16x32x52 intex pool
works great on 2/3 of the pool will not clean the other 1/3 because the hose will not stretch out and let the cleaner get to the end of the pool. needs a longer hose to work on a 16x32x52 pool !!!
As per the video on Intex web sit it is supposed to clean a 16x32x52 pool (dissatisfied)

Keeps it clean

I got it figured out this season #2 season and I really like the results. But trying to find replacement brushes is impossible. And they will need to be replaced after many many hours of do it job. Other then that issue I give it a thumbs up👍🏽
