I purchased my Q220 6 months ago. I don't get to grill regularly, but have emptied out the drip pan on one previous occasion. After grilling for the first time in a while, I discovered that there are 4 holes in the pan. I guess it needs to be emptied after each use.

Fit nicely and work fairly well.. make sure to change more often than you think because my pan got eaten through and grease began leaking into the actual grease pan.. quite a mess to clean up
The pans are the correct size but crushed when I attempted to secure it with the clamp that came with the grill.

I guess I left the grease in pan too long. Not only did it eat through the aluminum pan, it started eating into the tray. Once a week may be the secret
