Why does it warp when heated?

First time I used it , it warped. After it cooled , it returned to normal. Next time it warped again. Cleaning was more of a challenge than I expected. Coating it with cooking oil before use is not enough to keep from using Brillo or S.O.S. pads for scrubbing. All in all, better than having my salmon fall through the grill grates.

Useful pan n easy to clean

I’ve been using the pan to grill vegetables, found it to be useful product. As may very well and cleans easily with soap and water, even though it does get discolored overtime
