Would be helpful to recommend that no grill spray be used on this grilling pan. Totally discolored at first use and impossible to clean. Very disappointed in that. But great to cook on.

Your stainless steel pan will develop a patina over time due to exposure to the high heat generated by the grill.
You can clean the pan by hand washing it with soap, water, and a non-abrasive sponge or rag.
It is perfectly normal for the pan to darken with use, and it cannot be restored to a "like-new" appearance.

Great Grilling Pan

Finally can grill onions and shrimp without them sticking and falling into the grill. They came out delicious. Pan does get dark after use but clean it up with brillo and soap.

If you are tired of seeing asparagus spears or other vegetables disappear between the bars of the grate, get this grill pan. You can also get good color on thin chicken breast filets and still have them juicy, not tough, using this grill pan. I use it for grill smoked salmon filets, and they are a never-fail hit with guests. This is a replacement for one I bought in the 20th century!
