I’ve used this product on chicken breast, thighs, steaks, and burgers. it worked great on all of them. Really takes the guesswork out of chicken breast and i can even do burgers at perfect medium and well done for those heathens. No issue with Bluetooth at all, but my grill is <30 feet from my kitchen/living room area.

I used my i grill 3 proves for the first time the other day and my stalls came out great but the color coating, red/yellow caught on fire from a flair up. Is this normal? Did I use them wrong? Can I still use them?

It is only to monitor temperature. You can now change temp or adjust gas flow.
