there really not what i thought they were they only work if you are about four feet away. they won't work on my phone, they will work on my pad if it about four feet away. Would not buy again.

I always use an instant read gauge when cooking. I liked the ease of set-up and functionality. Just wish it would ring/buzz when reaching desired temp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great technology

We have cooked with this for a couple of weeks. We have used it for chicken,steak and salmon so far. Everyone one of the meats have turned out amazing.

Missing features

The igrill app doesn’t allow for propane tank level monitoring. Also no control of the lights on grill. The app needs a 2017 / 2018 upgrade to the new grills. I chose the igrill3 for these features Otherwise I would have bought the standalone igrill.

I love the igrill! Used twice, both times my meat came out perfect...including chicken breast, which are notoriously dry from o er cooking. I was able to shut the grill lid, maintain an even heat and because of igrill I knew when my meat was ready. No more staying right next to grill to hover over meat.
