A huge disappointment

The first time I used it I got some flames and since than the probes are broken. The distributor doesn't have a replacment strobes to I'm stuck with a new product that malfunction !!! Bummer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult staying connected to it. Don’t know if it the cold weather or something else. not happy with my purchase at this point.

I bought this about a month ago. My only issue is not with the product itself but you have to choose between the iGrill and the propane tank gauge. It is one or the other and that I don't like at all.

When using the iGrill 3, you can access your remaining fuel levels in the Weber iGrill App. Just head to the app, tap on Temperature, then the gear icon, and you'll be directed to Device Settings where information regarding your iGrill 3, included the fuel levels, will be listed. We apologize for any confusion.

Just installed mine this week. I tried it last night on some cut up chicken and the chicken was perfectly cooked. If you have one of the Genesis II grills, buy one! You will not regret it!

Bluetooth connectivity issues with pixel 3xl

Connects to iPhone but doesn't want to connect to my pixel 3xl. I am forced to beg kids to use their phone every time I need to BBQ. PLEASE FIX YOUR BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY, ITS NOT MOST CHALLENGING TECH ISSUE.
