The person I talked with to order the Cricut three was very good, only comment would have been to ask if I had "blue tooth" or a smart phone, I have neither. the person I got to help with the problem of "blue tooth" gave me no help & took me back 30 years to tech people who assumed that I knew what they were talking about. As to the machine I love it and am very glad I was able to get it, have used it a lot already. the third time I called I also got a person Kyle Jarvis who was very helpful in finding the cards I was looking for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My new Cricut explore 3 was very easy to set up. It cuts pretty fast. I’ve cut quite a few permanent vinyls and heat transfer vinyls so far. I’m very happy I got it during a sale. Great value and excellent cutting machine.
