Only works using Bluetooth.

Doesn’t work with a wired connection, only works with Bluetooth. It was under full warranty, but they sent me a used machine. What a rip off. The used machine won’t work wired, will only work when using Bluetooth. I wish I hadn’t bought this brand, it sucks.
