Machine does not work and I cannot seem to get a refund or new machine

I upgraded from a Cricut Explore 2 because I needed to be able to cut stencils and vinyl without a mat. So far, so good and I am really loving the ability to cut without a mat. My stencils are so much easier to work with when they're all in one piece!
I cannot give an honest review as I bought this as a Christmas gift. When it is finally received and used, I will gladly do a proper review. As for now, it 5 stars for arriving on time, in tact and very well packaged.
