Bought this for my 4 yr old granddaughter’s birthday. She loves the characters in frozen. This suitcase is made well and is great for her overnight stays at Grami and Popi’s house!

Arrived dented

The suitcase arrived with a dent in the side. Unfortunately we do not have time to return because we are getting ready to travel and are needing these for that trip. I hope once we return we can get the situation square away but we can’t do anything about it now ☹️ The quality seems great. However it was boxed inside of a box which was damaged. So it should have never been sent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
