Will not roll

I do like to fill my suitcase. However I expect it to roll on all 4 rollers. One roller is shorter than the rest so does not roll correctly and wants to tip over.

Berry is purple. Returns are a nightmare

Berry is a purple color in person. Was made to reorder another set, which came as the same color Returns are at the mercy of the company and take 5-7 business days for them to determine if they will cover shipping. Color is not a valid reason as "resolution may be different on devices and open to interpretation" and they then want you to pay the freight charge
