Another great filter from Alen. I now own six Alen filters including this one, and they all work great and do their job. Not sure why anyone would complain about them, but I guess you can’t please everyone. Thanks Alen for taking care of my dust allergies all these years.

I got the BreatheSmart Fit50 with the VOC filter for the purpose of taking care of VOC smells. It doesn't do anything to improve VOC or chemical odors. This is very disappointing considering how expensive it is. I already own 2 Alen T500 purifiers. I just bought 2 more T500's. They all do a good job. The BreatheSmart Fit50 is basically the same as having a larger T500. I am pleased in that respect, but it definitely does nothing for VOC or chemical smells.

Hi Laurie! I'm so sorry to hear you're not pleased with your Fit50 performance! It sounds like it just needs to be run on a higher fan speed to be able to properly circulate all the air in the room and remove those VOCs! We'd love to chat with you about your specific needs to that we can make sure the unit is placed properly and running properly so that you can get the best air quality from it. Please give us a call at 800-630-2396 whenever you have some time!

I have struggled with asthma and allergies my entire life! It was peak allergy season when I ordered my Alen. It arrived in a few short days and I have not woken up with a stuffy nose or sore throat since then. I also had a smoker move in next door which was really causing bad asthma attacks. Since my purifier arrived I’ve not had any attacks nor do I ever have to smell that nasty smoke again! I couldn’t rave enough about this product. It has changed my life!

We recently bought their latest top of line model. Not only is it quiet and effective, it is a pretty addition to the house. Thanks for cleaning our family’s air. We are sure to recommend your company.
