Bought two T500s. Successfully registered first one but website keeps kicking back my effort to register the 2nd one. I have been very careful to use correct user name & pw. Other than this, unit works just fine.

I bought two of the towers and placed one in my bedroom and one in my living room. They are wonderful! I plan to purchase one that is a little larger to place in the living room and move the tower to the other bedroom. They have done an excellent job!
My only concern is during the winter because they blow out a lot of cold air, which is great in the summer but not so much in the winter. I can turn the fan down but then I lose the sq. footage of clean air.
I definitely recommend!
