Good for dust allergies

This is the second Alen I have purchased. I bought one in 2016. And now I have bought the second one for my new residence. I love it it’s keeps my house nice and fresh not only do I no longer have allergy problems but my cat has quit sneezing. It’s very efficient and very quiet and I love it

My son with sensitive sinuses

My son with sensitive sinuses has been sleeping better with an air purifier in his room. The pink noise is a great bonus too. We chose the tower because it will travel well when road tripping to see family.

Better Air Better Sleep Perfect Size

We have the Classic and were wanting something for our bedroom but not quite as big, the Alen T500 True HEPA Tower Air Purifier is the perfect size for the this. I love how quite it is and in just a couple of weeks, I have noticed that I sleep better and I think it is the change of the air.

Not as advertised, an uncomfortable

Not as advertised, an uncomfortable and very loud unit, could not sleep. I returned the tower, then tried to upgrade and purchase a more expensive unit but was denied the original discount I was given on the tower. Very disappointed with the companies decision to not honor my point of purchase discount. I don't see how I get penalized for an underperforming unit.
I like the 2 other units I recently purchased, but jeez, the new world business model is about customer service and not making it difficult on your customer who wants to buy your product. Your rep Erica Rodriguez was not helpful.

I have two and want to get two more, first one I’ve had for 6years no issues at all. It’s quiet and soothing for sleep hours . Recommend Alen products to anyone .
