Shipped quickly after order and arrived as scheduled. Easy to set up. Very quiet operation; don't even know that it is running on lowest speed. Very happy with my air purifier now that smoke is everywhere in the Sacramento area. Told our daughter about it; she plans to get one.

The Alen T500 saved me

The Alen T500 saved me and my dog from the 2020 CA wildfires bad air quality, since the AQI was around 400. It gives me peace of mind having it on during the fire season. I know these were in high demand at the time and customer service was so helpful.

Recommend for small spaces

Good little purifier. A little louder than expected from experience with Alen's other purifiers but definitely not bad when on low. It's in our nursery and runs through the night and baby sleeps great so it's not too loud.

I recently purchased an Alen T500 True HEPA Tower Air Purifier. This product has helped with my allergies and my ashram. I feel like I can breathe better and my sinuses are much clearer. I know this will really help with my overall health! The tower is very attractive and looks great in my room. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an air purifier.

This is our second purifier from Alen. Great for my daughters room while dealing from smokes from the west coast fires. Compact unit, not too loud. You can breath the difference.

We already have an Alen purifier for our living room. We bought this one specifically for our bedroom since our golden retrievers like to hang out on our bed. It is doing exactly what we wanted. We breathe better at night knowing the environment is cleaner.
