I purchased the T500 for our MBR and what a difference! I have allergies and animals; but now I can breathe a lot better. The room actually feels cooler too. I'm going to purchase another for the guest bedroom.

Very pleased with this device. I did a lot of research prior to purchase and am so happy I made the investment in the T500. We are using the device in our bedroom and both my husband and I have noticed a significant improvement in our sleep. My husband actually wakes up with little or no congestion now! Highly recommend the Alen T500.

I own several of the larger models and have been very pleased with them and with Alen's customer service. They right away replaced one of them when a particular function stopped working. This smaller unit is perfect for our garage, and the air definitely seems better in there. It doesn't have the same air quality indicator, so it's hard to know for sure the way you do on the larger models. But I'm really pleased and plan to continue to be a customer.

Five stars for the quality of product. I purchased it primarily for mold issues. Some purchase, I’ve noticed headaches have subsided and odors previously present aren’t.
One star deducted as I’ve tried to register product for lifetime warranty and it hasn’t allowed me to saying I need to sign up for filter renewal service. I did upon initial purchase, but it didn’t offer option to indicate that. Instead, it informed me that I would be emailed instructions and I have yet to receive it. It’s been over 2 weeks now. I attempted this process twice, in case it was user error; but same results so far. Will continue to wait and see.

I bought two. They came

I bought two. They came when they said they would, they work like a charm and I think our household will be better-off with them. My wife has a breathing problem and I think she'll be much better off with cleaner air.
I'm looking forward to the follow-on e-mails regarding filters - haven't seen it yet.
