I have had the T500 for one month and have had no problems at all. We have animals in our house and use this one in our living room. It has made the room feel so much cleaner! Love my purchase! Super quiet on the lowest setting. A little noise though on highest speed. Only drawbacks are price and highest speed sound.

We own two T500's. We use one at home with a silver filter for allergies. It works great! We use the other for our trips; it has a fresh filter for chemical odors. Our hotel stays are wonderful now! We highly recommend this product!

This air purifier was put in my daughter's bedroom to help with her allergies. We noticed almost immediate relief. No more waking up with headaches and much less stuffiness. An added bonus is the soft constant sound which acts as white noise and contributes to a better nights sleep.

The best just got better!

When I set out to purchase my first air purifier I wouldn't settle for anything less than the best so I began researching both online and in stores. I compared prices, listened to sales pitches, read blogs, and even read reviews (similar to this) written by customers on all the major brands. The one name I found that stood out from all the others was Alen. After purchasing the T300 I thought I owned the best of the best. Then Alen came out with the T500 and the best just got better. Like the T300, not only did my allergies seemed to be nonexistent throughout my house and dust collected on my furnishings at a dramatically slower rate, but the T500 accomplished this with a much smaller and sleeker unit. The T500 also has a quieter and smoother sounding fan, an easier to read and simpler to use control panel, and, its single filter is not only more convenient, but has more collection area than what you get with the two filters together in the T300. Lastly, I didn't think the T500 could get any better until I discovered the lighted control panel automatically goes dark after a few seconds. The only problem with this is the T500 is so quiet, once the lighted panel goes off you'll wonder if your unit is still running! Thank you Alen for a wonderful product that can only be beat by you!

I bought the T-500 for my son for Christmas. It came in within a couple of days. I am very happy with it so far. The room smells much fresher and it's easier to breathe. It is has three speed settings so it really moves the air. I plan on getting one for my room too since I have allergies and could really benefit from one too.
