I have 3 of the Alen Classic air purifiers, which I love, and now I also have the 75i which is bigger, but quieter. I haven’t yet ever seen this one show red and kick the fan to high because I always have them on, but if I turn it on high manually, it’s still quieter than the classics. If I hold my hand over the top when the fan is on high, it doesn’t seem to blow as much air as my classics either. The fan noise of the classics isn’t so much to bother me, but some of the other reviewers have not liked it, so they would probably be happier with the 75i. I actually like to feel the movement in the air while sleeping so I have a classic in the master, but the 75i works well in the living room since it’s quite even if it were on high. It makes it easier to hear the television without having to turn the volume up a bit to compensate. I like both models, but for different reasons and different rooms. The classic was my first and made such a difference I ordered 2 more and took one to work. The customer service at Alen can’t be beat and I will always go back for an Alen. They are expensive but the improvement in air quality make it worth it.

I already had 5 Breathe Smart purifiers and purchased 2 of these 75i’s. Love them all and the new ones are an improvement if that’s possible. I have chronic lung issues and these make my home a sanctuary. And their customer service is awesome.

I purchased a 75i and man it really works to clean up the air as recommended. I am very happy with the product. I also purchased two 45i for my other rooms, the truly make a difference in my home.

I have suffered from terrible allergies. I am now off all my allergy medications!! I even ordered another air purifier for the bed room! I wish I would have done this years ago!!
