Love both 75i units. We run one one the first floor, the other on the 2nd floor. Very simple to use right out of the box. However, I spent time looking for an instructional manual and finally went to your website to find out maintenance and operation details about the units. The included material is lacking in operating information. Your website was difficult to register two units and sign up for automatic filter replacement. I needed customer service as it charged me immediately. I would recommend that when using the timer function, the unit return to auto or off at the end of the time input. Currently it just shuts off, not convenient when using overbite.

I have the 75i for my first floor because my sons have allergies and this has eased their symptoms when they visit. I recently purchased another 75i and three of the FLEX true HEPA filters for a son and daugher-in-law, who are facing a number of health issues and wanted to improve their air qualify. These purifiers do make a difference. Beyond that, I love the design and the ease of maintenance.

Really like the operation of the BreatheSmart 75i. There are 5 fan speeds. The two slowest speeds are quiet enough to watch TV. We put the fan speed on Turbo at night (highest speed). Also like the fact that you can turn off the panel lights if desired. Last, but not least, the filter is very easy to access for replacement. Very pleased that we chose this purifier over the comparable BlueAir model.

Love my Alen BreatheSmart 75i!

Love my new Alen BreatheSmart 75i air purifier! It’s plug and go right out of the box. It’s cool look matches the transitional/mid century style of my home. It’s about the size of a large suitcase, however it is not heavy and has a handle to easily carry it around if wanted. It’s amazing to watch the colors change as a smell enters the room/house - everything from dog odors, cooking odors, perfume etc. My husband is sleeping headache free for the first time in a long time. This must be due to the fact that it removes 99% of mold and allergens from the air. The filter only needs to be changed every 9-18 months and they have a convenient filter replacement program that guarantees a lifetime warranty. What more could you ask? Thank you Alen!
