I was disappointed to learn that you cannot register the product for warranty until you agree to a purchase schedule for filters. This seems very deceptive as you are not notified prior to purchase

I loved the 45i so much I bought the 75i for our main living area. I also purchased the Silver filter for this unit. I wish there were instructions or video on how to set up the 75i when you receive the machine? The filters are a little different. It sure makes a difference in our living area. Very quiet.

I live in California. When the recent forest fires made the air so unsafe here, my adult children kept telling me to get an air purifier. Being one not easily swayed by hypes and gadgets, I was skeptical on how air purifiers can possibly help.
Until my nasal congestion and asthma began to get worst, my children "nagged" me again about an air purifier. After much research, I chose Alen due to its great reviews and its life time warranty.
After receiving the air purifier, I noticed my nose congestion and asthma improved. And the air feels like I am up in the mountains. When I walked into a room that the purifier couldn't reach, the air smelled stale. My skeptic self conceded and I promptly purchased a second unit for the other end of the house!!
Now my kids take pleasure in telling me "I told you so, mom!"

We have the 75i and

We have the 75i and the 45i. They are working great. My wife used to dust every other day, now we can’ t find any dust! My wife has pulmonary fibrosis, she is resting must better at night, some nights she doesn’t use any Kleenex and hardly coughs. We believe the purifiers are a big part of the reason. There is one thing we would like, that is the warranty and filter subscriptions in writing, we would like to have that in our files. We are extremely satisfied with your product!
