I bought this for dust and dander. I clean ALL the time and I thought this would help with the dust and dander and it has done nothing. Very disappointed!

SO quiet!

Air quality sensor!

We bought the Alen 75i for our lower level, as we discovered mold in our roof and we wanted to clean our air while we also deal with removing the mold. We also burn wood for heat. The 75i sits within a few feet of the woodstove. I am amazed at watching the color change based on air quality when we have it on the auto setting. It can be sitting at blue (best air quality) and within a few seconds of opening the woodstove to put wood in, I hear the fan kick on and look and it's purple (worst air quality). The 75i can literally tell that the air is compromised within seconds!
We've only had it for a week but this is my first observation and I'm excited about it!

Recommended & Meeting Expectations

So far, this has been a great air purifier. The air quality sensor seems to pickup any changes in conditions. I was able to compare this unit to another manufacturer and it was able to detect changes that the other unit wouldn't detect. The purified air discharge is on top so this can be used during the winter without setting up a draft in the room. It also seems to run quietly even on high fan. The real test will be this spring with an old house, leaky windows, and see how it does with the Georgia pollen. Based on what I have seen , I would recommend this unit.
