Getting even Better

I just bought a second one for my office, and the newer unit has been improved. The lights are not quite as bright, so I can leave them on at night and don't have to choose super bright or off. It cleans the air quickly and reacts to pollutants as soon as I open window or start cooking. REally the best I have owned.

Their customer service was a welcome surprise when so many companies today have forgotten the importance of it. I have dealt with Alen for 15 years now and they have maintained excellent service throughout.

Works well. Set up was easy. I ordered the Alen 75i in white which fits in well in my kitchen. It covers a wide area as my kitchen leads into my den area. I love that I can easily remove and put back the front panel to check om the filter.

Super quiet. I like running it on auto, if my hubby lights a candle it knows and turns on. We are sleeping much better at night, less congestion. Wish it would pull more dust particles from the air so I wouldn’t have to clean as much :)
