The unit isn't heavy, which makes it easy in case you want to move it to a different location. We believe there is less dust. The customer service is excellent. We're still analyzing if there's any improvement in my daughter's allergies.

My kitchen cupboards were to be stained walnut and sprayed with four coats of lacquer. I was looking for an air purifier and ordered an Alen. It was delivered quickly and saved my lungs. I am almost 84 years and have asthma. The Alen worked so well and did such a good job that I am happy to tell you what a wonderful air purifier it is.
