The tools are very functional

They seem very expensive for what they are, but they are durable, survived well outside in a wet climate without rusting, and are longer than a classic poker fire set. You could definitely get by with the classic cast-iron style tools, but these match great, are more wether resistant, and offer better reach for an open fire pit.

I have these fantastic Solo Stove firepit tools. These are great, especially for the pyros among us who strive for full ring all night long. Grab, poke, and prod to your heart's content. Unlike the big stick, these won't catch on fire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The solo fire tools are so easy to use. They are lightweight, long and strong. They are safer than the shorter tools we already had. I also really like the Solo’s skewers for cooking hotdogs, marshmallows, etc over the fire.
