New GE Twin Flex Oven

Initially, very impressed with oven and features. A bit of difficulty getting onto wifi. Will reevaluate after using the oven. Made cookies and they finished on time. One the slide out grates.

Twin flex not as great as it should be.

I have used the twin flex two years. It has gotten slower to heat up. It also steams a lot when making sheet pan dinners and the upper oven rack
is too close to the element so over browns chicken and must watch casseroles. I must use lower oven for 9x13 casseroles with slightly tented foil covering on them. Cookies seem to do OK. I bought a Oster Roaster for Thanksgiving turkeys.

Why doesn't every manufacturer make this?!

Absolutely LOVE this oven. When we remodeled our kitchen, my biggest requirement was a double oven. I thought I would have to settle with a range in order to achieve this since I didn't want two full size ovens in my small kitchen. My husband was set on keeping the wall oven so I was ecstatic when I found this model. We've had it installed for a little over a month with no issues. The racks were hard to move at first but after reading the manual I greased it with vegetable oil and it is very easy to move positions now. The air fryer works great - I did purchase an air fryer basket to use for air frying though. The ovens are definitely smaller than what you would get with a free standing range but that hasn't been an issue for me.
One thing to note if you are on the shorter side. I'm 5'4" and have no issues but could see there being an issue safely accessing the upper oven if I were any shorter.
All in all great oven!

Third times a charm

It took 3 ovens to finally get it right. The first two were damaged, but the third time was a charm. The ovens have performed great. They heat up quickly and the best part is they cool down pretty quickly. This is important since we are having 100+ degree weather. Haven’t tried anything with the internet yet, so no comment there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Oven

I love the concept of a double wall oven that fits in the same space a standard wall oven; however, the upper oven is VERY shallow in depth. I should have paid closer attention to the dimensions online since the stores we visited all had to special order the product and I was unable to see it in person. It is a bit slower to preheat than I expected and I've learned I have to adjust my cooking times from 5 to 10 additional minutes to ensure doneness. I love the touch screen and ease of cleaning the ovens. I was excited for the air fryer option, but the option wasn't available when the unit was initially installed. I downloaded the app and connected the oven to my WIFI and after running an update a couple of weeks post install the air fry option appeared. I'm used to having two full sized ovens so this will take me a while to get used to. It is a beautiful oven though.
I would recommend this to a friend!
