Absolutely zero support for their products

I've had the 48 model for 7 years now and the oven has stopped working. BlueStar official servicers in my area are either out of business or do not know how to work on them (their words). Contacting BlueStar they responded, and I quote, "Unfortunately your unit is not under warranty, and we are unable to troubleshoot or diagnose over phone or email"
Their level is support is literally, "Our recommendations are too (sic) google local servicers near me".
So, if you get one, pray it never has a problem or you are on your own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stove is beautiful

I bought this stove for its look and should have paid attention to the dual feature. While this is great , as electric is a much cleaner source, I didn't figure in that it would need a 220 outlet. So I have stored the stove for now.

Bought this for a small mountain cabin, fits perfectly with our design. Also purchased the in cabinet microwave. Very happy with both units. My photos don't give justice.

I've always wanted a professional range and I'm in love with this one. It's strong yet beautiful to look at. The oven racks slide out with a whisper. The range is so solid and powerful. For someone like me who loves cooking and entertaining, the job has just become so much easier. Juggling timings is a thing of the past. I can do it all at once now!

Simple and Accurate

Excellent temperature control in oven and wonderful easy to clean very adjustable flames in the range top units. I love the even cooking of the convection oven and all works so well with such simplicity and not all the extraneous buttons and unnecessary set timers.
