[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fan! It is easy to use and set up and helped keep my sons room cool during our current heat wave. The instructions are straight forward and the remote is very helpful. It was also nice having a timer available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this fan. I live in Texas and it gets HOT I mean HOT here. I am the type of person that has to sleep with a fan on but the ceiling fan isn’t cutting it. I put this tower fan next to my bed and it makes a huge difference. I love that it comes with a remote and has a couple different options. It is the perfect height and cools down the entire room! I love that I can put it on a timer also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the way this fan looks, and it is not loud. Has a couple different settings with one of my favorites being a timer (so it will go off in a certain amount of time without you making it go off). The remote is bright orange, which I don’t love, but it makes it hard to lose - which I guess is nice. The remote did not come with a battery.

It’s a wonderful unit that delivers a great and consistent cool breeze from the floor to the top. The fans controls are very easy to use, with large buttons to control the power, oscillation, wind power and a timer. Set up was a snap - only taking me a few minutes after unpacking the box. I also love the remote control for using the fan controls from across the room. This fan delivers great value and quality from sharper image!

Works Amazingly Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RISE 40 oscillating tower fan by Sharper Image is amazing. It’s extremely powerful, and nicely made. Compared to the standard bulky oscillating fans, its sleek and elegant design is perfect for any style of home. Not only does it save space, but also provide a better flow of air. It comes equipped with four speed setting, as well as a timer for 3-12 hours. These settings can either be controlled with the remote control, or from the control panel on top of fan, which I found to be very convenient. Assembling the RISE 40 was also a breeze. Simply snap the base together, put four screws into the base and tower, and the fan was ready to use. Overall, RISE 40 by sharper image is by far one of the best fans, and I’m truly pleased with the quality. I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really only like to have fans that rotate as I feel it keeps the air moving more efficiently. This one has a good turn radius and good air flow. Set up was fairly easy (can be done with 1 person but we managed easier with 2) and only took us a few minutes (do need a screw driver). It is fairly quiet which was also a nice feature. The only thing that I don't love about it is the orange remote that you put in the top slot. I like the easy access and storage area for the remote but the color is unsightly against the black. Just a small issue though for an overall really great product.

It has four speeds and it's quiet enough that it doesn't interrupt a conversation while keeping the whole room cool because of the great oscillating feature. It has a remote control and a timer that you can set which is awesome too. We love it!

The fan is stable eventhough it looks slim and tall. It has a bright orange remote control that is just impossible to lose that is equipped with a timer that you can set for it to turn on/off at certain time. It has the options to oscillate or stay in one place by using the remote control or the control panel on top of the fan. Assembling the RISE 40 was also a breeze. Simply snap the base together, put four screws into the base and tower, and the fan was ready to use.
