Perfect fit

I needed to add a 2nd laundry room to our home. There were space limitations and a vent for the dryer was nearly impossible to install. The heat pump ventless dryer was our only option. Once we learned how to properly use the laundry system, it has exceeded our expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer works great but the stacking kit wasn’t delivered with the washer and dryer. It’s tough bending so far to use the dryer. The ventless system works terrific. I recycle the pulled water in my garden.

Grateful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am grateful to have a working dryer! This dryer has a big drum, which is nice for a small space dryer. The panel is challenging to operate; it seems quite sensitive, and we spend a lot of time trying to figure out how long to push a button to make it work!

Space saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer to make a stacking space saving washer and dryer set. It works and drys. The clothes. It a little more work then and ordinary dry. I have to empty a water tank every load and clean the extra filter every couple loads a long with the lint trap that is any dryer. Pro’s is it doesn’t have to be vented to the outside, heats and drys well and takes a lot less space then a normal washer and dry over all. I am pleased with the dryer.

Important Tips for Using This Dryer

Since it doesn't seem to say these things literally anywhere in the user manual, I'm going to provide this information as I learned it through trial and error:
Pay attention to the three red indicators in the middle of the control panel near the control knob. The top indicator with the water droplet means you need to empty the water tank (the panel on the top left). If your water tank is full, the dryer will automatically shut off after 5 or so minutes.
The other two indicators refer to the lint trap and filter (inside the drum and bottom left panel, respectively). I haven't figured out which one is which, so I just check them both whenever I see one of the indicators light up.
I don't even bother with any of the programming options. I do a timed dry every time. You have to turn the knob so that the "timed dry" setting is indicated, then press the "timed dry" option on the right side of the options ribbon at the bottom to set the time. For half a drum full of clothes, or for things like towels, I will usually dry for 3 hours and then check. Depending on the material or other things like ambient humidity, I might need to add another 30 mins or so.
I only wash my own laundry in this unit, so I can usually go through 3-5 days worth of clothes and get them all dry in one night. I don't recommend drying pillows, comforters, or anything particularly bulky in this dryer - I have never gotten it to dry any of those items completely.
This is not a good dryer by any stretch of the imagination, but ventless dryers typically suck and take forever to dry. I guess they're supposedly energy efficient. I can't really see how an appliance running for 3-5 hours 2-3 times a week will positively impact my electric bill, but I suppose that will become evident when my next bill comes in.
It dries my clothes (eventually) and that's the only endorsement I can really give it.
