I received the product and it seemed to work the first night. However, the next time I used the shaver, mysteriously there was no power. I changed the shaver and tried to use it again, but there was still no power. I tried the old shaver head, and it worked. The problem was the new shaver head malfunctioning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I initially sought to purchase a replacement head for my SR1330 shaver, but the original SPRXR head was discontinued. I asked if there was a replacement and promptly received an answer in the affirmative complete with the SPR-XR14 part number (kudos to your website!). I have found the SPR-XR14 to work just as well as the the SPRXR.

Very close shave; however, edges of the rotary heads cause some irritation at the base of my neck. I've only had the shaver for a couple of weeks so that irritation could be from the "break in" period and the difference from using a competitors type of shaver.
